Is there a minimum order quantity?
Our minimum for screen printed items is typically 24. However, we like to consider each job on an individual basis so if you have fewer items, submit a quote form or send us and email and we'll see what we can do for you.
Non-screen printed items such as hats, embroidery, drinkware, etc. will depend on a few more factors, so let us know what you're looking for and we will provide some more info.
What garment options are available?
T-Shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies are most of what we print but we also offer screen printing for pants, chef coats, tote bags, and more. Just about any brand and style is available to us, so whether you're looking for economical tees or high-end hoodies, we can source it.
Most popular brands include: Gildan, Next Level, Bella + Canvas, Comfort Colors, L.A.T., Independent Trading Company, Port Authority, Port & Company, and Champion.
How long is the turn-around time on orders?
Turn-around time on screen printed items is one week from payment made on that order. This mean that once a payment or deposit is made on your order, within 7 days the printed garments will be ready for pick-up or shipped to an address provided.
Production times of other items can vary depending on time of year, we can provide an approximate turn-around time upon request.
What if I don't have any artwork or designs to provide?
No problem! Let us know what ideas you have and our team can get started on some artwork to fit your needs. Whether it's a new logo for you business, or an attractive design for your brand, we'll work to create something you'll love.
Our design services are FREE for screen printed orders and are charged hourly for all other types of work.
How do you price an order?
Prices will be highest for low minimum orders and continue to decrease as the quantity goes up. Our bulk discount pricing has breaks at intervals of a dozen, starting at 24. For every 12 items added to the order, there will be a discount applied per item.
Bulk discount pricing is applied for each design. If you have 3 different designs you wanted printed on 60 garments each, the price break would be at 60 rather than 180.
How do I pay for my order?
We offer the ability to pay by credit card, check, or ACH bank transfer. Any order paid by check will be processed and begin production when it is received, not when it is mailed.
Making a 50% deposit is a courtesy we offer to repeat customers. The other 50% is collect upon delivery.
What about delivery and shipping?
We offer FREE delivery for our customers located in the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
For those outside of our area, shipping costs will be estimated and added to the invoice prior to payment.
Screen printed items ship in 24"x16"x12" boxes that fit about 60 shirts or 24 sweatshirts.
